What is the difference between organic and inorganic food?
Organic Food
- Food, whether fresh or processed, produced using organic farming methods.
- It is cultivated without the use of synthetic chemicals, such as pesticides and fertilizers made by humans, and does not include GMOs (Genetically modified organisms).
- Fresh produce, meats, and dairy products, as well as processed items like crackers, beverages, and frozen meals, are all organic.
- It has more nutrients as compared to nonorganic foods.
- Organic Food Farming is good for the overall environment.
Inorganic Food
- Inorganic foods use synthetics during the production process.
- These synthetics commonly include chemicals, such as pesticides and fertilizers.
- They may be changed at a molecular or genetic level allowing to produce crossbreed crops.
- It has few nutrients as compared to organic foods.
- Synthetic used for their production may have long-term negative effects on the land, resulting in making the land less or non-fertile.
