What is the difference between organic and inorganic food?

Organic Food

  • Food, whether fresh or processed, produced using organic farming methods.
  • It is cultivated without the use of synthetic chemicals, such as pesticides and fertilizers made by humans, and does not include GMOs (Genetically modified organisms).
  • Fresh produce, meats, and dairy products, as well as processed items like crackers, beverages, and frozen meals, are all organic.
  • It has more nutrients as compared to nonorganic foods.
  • Organic Food Farming is good for the overall environment.

Inorganic Food

  • Inorganic foods use synthetics during the production process.
  • These synthetics commonly include chemicals, such as pesticides and fertilizers.
  • They may be changed at a molecular or genetic level allowing to produce crossbreed crops.
  • It has few nutrients as compared to organic foods.
  • Synthetic used for their production may have long-term negative effects on the land, resulting in making the land less or non-fertile.
